However, experience in every area is not required—we are willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to help train and develop other technicians.Relevant experience may include:Lift and leveling kitsSuspension systems and alignmentsWheels and tiresTire mounting and balancingToppers and tonneau covers12-volt wiring and accessoriesHitches, bumpers, steps, nerf bars, and fender flaresGeneral aftermarket accessory installationMore than anything, we are looking for someone who:Is mechanically inclinedTakes pride in producing quality workWorks hard and efficientlyIs dependable and willing to learnWorks well as part of a teamDemonstrates Autoplex’s core valuesWants to build a long-term career in the automotive aftermarket industryCompensation and BonusOur technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate structure similar to automotive mechanic book time. The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the most competitive in the aftermarket industry.Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a $10,000 first-year employment bonus, paid in installments throughout the successful completion of the first year of employment:$2,500 after the first 30 daysRemaining $7,500 paid in installments through the first anniversaryFull eligibility requirements and payment terms will be provided with the employment offer.ScheduleMonday–Friday8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.No weekendsLocationWe have several opportunities available. The position may be based at one of our north metro locations depending on operational needs, the candidate’s experience, and overall fit.
