Copilot Studio Developer

Job Title: AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer Location: - onsite -Woodland Hills, CA Duration: 6 months Job Description: AI & Automation / Copilot Studio Developer We are looking for two senior developers to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development. This role will work closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes, and integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents 5+ years of experience with Power Automate, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectors Experience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflows Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services Experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories Experience building custom actions and orchestration workflows Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutions Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation and AI solutions Highly Preferred Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility experience Experience implementing generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions Experience working with Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data integrations SharePoint Online integration experience Prompt engineering and agent orchestration experience Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments Experience with Microsoft Purview and AI governance concepts Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent governance considerations To help accelerate screening and onboarding, please prioritize candidates with: 5+ years of Power Platform development experience Demonstrated hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development experience in a production environment Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Azure AI/OpenAI services in a production environment Experience building enterprise automation and AI solutions using Microsoft technologies Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders Role Descriptions: Copilot Studio Essential Skills: Copilot Studio Desirable Skills: Copilot Studio Keyword Skills: AI Agents Experience Required: 10 & Above
