Copier Technician (Industry Experienced)

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join our service team in the Salt Lake City, UT area. PAID TRAINING included!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
• 1+ year experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or other manufacturers
• Strong computer knowledge a plus!
