About the role
Our Copier Technician supports the Greensboro, NC market, servicing copier and document-handling equipment for local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits throughout Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas
- Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing
- Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
- Complete accurate and timely service reports
- Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards
- Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- The ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally
