Responsibilities
- Facilitate maintenance requests for NSC coordinating with the Maintenance Department and/or vendors to resolve facility related repairs.
- Act as a liaison and provide assistance to calls and tickets submitted from PDS employees and Clinicians through the NSC Services Help Desk.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Provide crisis management, resolve incidents, issues and problems both independently and in collaboration with internal personnel.
- Maintain coffee stations and Cafe; order coffee station and break room supplies, maintain white boards and bulletin areas.
- Maintain NSC printer/copier stations; maintain toner inventory, recycle toners, conduct meter reads as requested, troubleshoot and resolve miscellaneous issues/errors (i.e. - paper jams, toner replacement, etc.) prior to placing service call to vendor.
- Keep immediate supervisor well-informed of facility maintenance activities, actions taken, results, problems identified and potential issues.
- Proactively recommend corrective solutions.
- Perform routine office/miscellaneous tasks as requested in order to maintain a professional and safe working environment for employees.
- Serve as a backup to other facilities team members (i.e. - Project Specialist, Events, Mail Clerk and Receptionist).
- Maintain, organize, distribute, collect all desk, cabinet, privacy room, closet keys.
- Enforce security protocol verify all employees and visitors have badges that are visible at all times in the building.
- Aid Receptionist and Security with parking violations and unauthorized vehicles in the 17000 17040 Red Hill Ave parking lot by citations and towing.
- Update NSC Support Office Directory, Cell Phone Directory, Support Office My Job Page, and Facilities and Events homepage on the Intranet.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 1-3 years work experience preferably in a facilities or administrative role.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.
- Knowledge of use of standard office equipment.
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in an accredited college.
