Responsibilities
- Aid in scheduling, research, slide development, and recap preparation for key retailer meetings.
- Oversee the entire item setup process, including new product submissions in retailer platforms.
- Manage and communicate launch calendars, input data for markdowns, promotions, RTVs, Testers & Damages into trackers, and complete related forms.
- Maintain and update activation trackers, and communicate price changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to sampling strategy, manage budgets, track variances, and make spend recommendations.
- Develop pitches for Sephora Favorites Kits, Rewards, and other exclusive retailer programs, and execute these kits, including managing comp and document needs.
- Support weekly sales recaps, offering insights to drive business actions.
- Assist with drafting creative briefs for retailer activations like digital playbooks and in-store animation fixtures.
- Audit engineering drawings, update space planning documents, and contribute to localized creative briefs.
- Own the management of retailer comp requests for activations and key meetings such as seasonal assortment reviews.
- Lead VIP account management, including order submission and payment status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1-2 years in retail, beauty, or fashion.
- Passionate about makeup and skincare.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel functions.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in retail math (margin calculations, YOY variances, run rate, WOS, etc).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
