The Coordinator, Retail Warehouse supports the daily operations of the retail warehouse and works closely with the Manager, Retail Warehouse to ensure inventory is received, processed, organized, and distributed accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in supporting retail locations, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and match-day and special-event retail operations. This is a hands-on retail operations position that will work primarily in the warehouse but will also provide on-site support at the stadium and other retail events as business needs require. What will you do? E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment Fulfill daily Shopify and other e-commerce orders accurately and within established fulfillment timelines.Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Assist with e-commerce customer support including email and chat inquiries.Maintain an organized fulfillment area and monitor packaging and shipping supply needs. Receiving & Inventory Processing Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and transfer documentation.Inspect shipments for shortages, damages, or discrepancies and communicate issues to the Manager, Retail Warehouse.Process, organize label RFID tag, and prepare newly received inventory for storage or distribution Inventory Management Support accurate inventory counts across the warehouse, retail stores, stadium, and event locations.Conduct cycle counts, RFID scans, and physical inventory counts as assigned.Research inventory discrepancies and help maintain accurate product locations.Assist with inventory transfers, replenishment, and loss prevention through accurate handling and documentation. Match Day, Stadium & Event Support Provide hands-on retail operations support for match days, stadium needs, and high-volume events.Assist with merchandise preparation, product movement, setup, stocking and retail replenishment.Support merchandise sales, retail teams, activations, pop-ups, product launches, and other retail events as assigned.Assist with post-event product consolidation, inventory returns, reconciliation, and warehouse organization.Assist with driving Teal Mobile and the box truck for retail operations, events, activations, transfers, and merchandise movement as needed. Systems & Technology The Coordinator, Retail Warehouse will regularly utilize technology to support warehouse, inventory, e-commerce, customer service, and retail operations. Candidates should be comfortable learning and working across multiple systems. Use Microsoft Office, Shopify, or comparable e-commerce platforms, and retail/POS inventory systems to support daily operations.Work with RFID technology and inventory management systems to enter, maintain, and research inventory, customer, and order information.Quickly learn new technology, systems, and operational processes as business needs evolve. Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse with clearly labeled, efficiently stored merchandise.Pick and prepare merchandise replenishment for retail locations.Monitor shipping, receiving, RFID, and fulfillment supplies and communicate needs to leadership.Support warehouse layout, organization, process improvements, daily priorities, and special projects. Follow all company safety, security, and inventory-control procedures.Perform other retail, warehouse, stadium, and event-related duties as assigned based on business needs. What do you need to succeed? Required Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail operations, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational environment preferred.Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately receive, process, count, organize, and move merchandise.Comfortable using or learning retail, e-commerce, inventory, RFID, POS, and Microsoft Office systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license and ability to support vehicle-based merchandise movement as needed preferred. Special Requirements Of The Job Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.Ability to monitor company communications and respond to time-sensitive matters with senior executives. Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.Must be capable of working in physically demanding environments, including navigating stairs, ramps, and elevated platforms during venue conversions.Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditions We value diversity and seek world-class employees of all backgrounds.
