About the role
Support students and teachers inside the classroom through observation, coaching, modeling restorative language, and debriefing with both teachers and individual students.
Responsibilities
- Supervises groups of students with behavior problems who have been suspended from the regular classroom.
- Aids students with assignments, obtains and organizes resource materials for students, and assists with clerical tasks and other interventions that support student learning, attendance and positive behavior.
- Facilitates Restorative Justice Interventions according to the DPS discipline Matrix and Ladder and Uses best RJ practices in responding to student behavioral concerns.
- Creates reports for Administration, Teachers, and Parents.
- Locates resources to provide crisis intervention.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience.

- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
