Job Responsibilities

• Manages student caseloads
• Investigates referrals
• Mets with students
• Connects students with campus resources
• Promotes personal growth, accountability, and respect for the campus community

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience in higher education administration, counseling, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, compliance, or a related field
• Strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrating strong ethics
• Valid Driver's license and safe driving record required

Additional Comments

• Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies, mediation, and behavioral intervention approaches in a student development context
• Understanding of mental health concerns of college students and comfort with crisis response
• Possess strong communication skills and empathy
• Provides case management services
