About the role

Train and mentor students preparing to earn their Commercial Driver’s License, teach industry best practices with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism, help students develop the skills and confidence needed for successful careers in the transportation industry, and contribute to the continued success and growth of Barton Community College’s CDL program.

Requirements

• Class A CDL license with combination and airbrake endorsement
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Class A CDL driver
• Valid Kansas medical DOT card
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random drug testing as required by the Kansas Department of Transportation

Qualifications

• Passenger, School Bus, and HazMat endorsements preferred
