COORDINATOR- MTSS

About the role

The Coordinator-Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) is responsible for implementing and coordinating the district's MTSS framework to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements MTSS strategies aligned with district goals.
• Collaborates with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to support implementation of MTSS.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of MTSS interventions and makes recommendations for improvement.
• Provides professional development on MTSS topics to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in educational settings, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of MTSS principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
