Coordinator Maintenance Control
Position Summary
The Maintenance Control Coordinator supports and assists the Maintenance Controllers and Duty Managers. This Coordinator provides administrative duties including email communications, conference call setup, and data collection for daily reports.
Essential Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute all Maintenance Control reporting
- Support logistical travel and expense reporting as required
- Execute delay notification, reconcile delay coding, and enter Contract Business Partner (BP) Log pages in TRAX
- Set up conference calls at the direction of Maintenance Controller Center (MCC)
- Prepare reports for the Daily Tech Ops Meeting at the direction of MCC
- Capture follow-ups from the Daily Tech Ops Meeting and maintain database with updates
- Collect operational data through various channels and oversee M&E System accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments like Engineering, Planning, and System Ops for required information
- Document statistical information during Irregular Operations (IROPs) as requested by Duty Managers
- Relieve Duty Manager of administrative duties including follow-up emails, meeting setup, and incoming/outgoing phone calls
- Document and report statistical information during Irregular Operations (IROPs) as per Duty Manager request
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- One (1) year of experience working in a customer service or operations role
- Experience creating and utilizing data analytics
- Experience with Microsoft Excel platform for developing and reporting metrics
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing information quickly
- Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, in a team environment
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- One (1) year of experience in Aviation
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant License
- Knowledge in Sabre Movement Control and TRAX

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is between $29.62 and $39.90 per hour.
