About the role
The Coordinator at Nabors provides administrative support for multiple product lines, including revenue tracking, activity tracking system maintenance, issuing purchasing requests, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update revenue tracking systems
- Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing
- Cook with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks
- Issue purchase requests, coordinate new vendor setups and changes
- Purchase miscellaneous safety equipment needed for operations
- Absorb other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- A high school diploma
- At least 1 year of experience with administrative duties
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and meet goals and deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ethics, professionalism, and discretion
- Must be detail oriented
