About the role

The Coordinator at Nabors provides administrative support for multiple product lines, including revenue tracking, activity tracking system maintenance, issuing purchasing requests, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update revenue tracking systems
  • Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing
  • Cook with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks
  • Issue purchase requests, coordinate new vendor setups and changes
  • Purchase miscellaneous safety equipment needed for operations
  • Absorb other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • A high school diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience with administrative duties
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and meet goals and deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ethics, professionalism, and discretion
  • Must be detail oriented
