About the role
RISE is an innovative human services network established in 1987 to move individuals from institutional settings into family homes. Services now cover children, adults, and families with various needs, including residential, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community-based services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support HCBS programs by implementing RISE’s mission, vision, and values.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) staff.
- Establish partnerships with RISE customers such as clients, families/guardians, and funding agencies.
- Oversee and manage program records, ensuring accurate and timely completion of payroll and billing documentation.
- Ensure programs meet licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Experience working with the elderly and/or physically disabled in long-term settings.
- Ability to work flexible hours and self-direct work.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license, minimum of 21 years old, and meet RISE’s insurance agency requirements.
- Pass a successful background check, driving record check, drug test, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
