Qualifications
- Basic Requirements:
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in media, communications, finance, accounting, business, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on proficiency with Excel
- Desired Characteristics:
- Keen interest in NBC Sports and NBCUniversal shows and properties
- Knowledge and passion for sports and media
- Professional communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Adaptable to changing priorities and workloads
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given time
- Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Requirements
- Maintain understanding of league contracts and partner obligations to respond to execute commercial break format change requests accordingly
- Interface with sales, marketing, affiliate relations, and league partners to generate commercial break formats that meet required inventory expectations
- Coordinate commercial break formats with producers and assistant directors
- Adjust commercial break formats according to sales and production needs
- Respond to urgent communications as needed after hours and over weekends
