Coordinator Diagnostic Imaging services Full Time Evenings (2506002959)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users to ensure they understand and maximize the functionality of imaging applications.
• Function as a liaison between the Radiology department and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction by resolving user issues and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate hospital information systems (HIS) to maintain accurate and timely data flow.
• Maintain compliance with laws, government regulations, JCAHO requirements and DMC policies.
• Implement external and internal audit recommendations as directed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB), AMRIT or ARDMS.
• Five or more years' radiology experience with advanced knowledge of all general anatomy and procedures performed in the radiology department.
• A technical background is essential to succeeding in this role.
• Successfully completed American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training by end of orientation period.
