Coordinator, Corporate Affairs
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis on external constituents to support outreach efforts
- Supports outreach efforts to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Updates and maintains stakeholder records within the email distribution lists
- Writes email toppers on a regular basis
- Writes weekly social media posts for LinkedIn
- Maintains relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Aids in the creation of one-pagers and topic briefs as required
- Aids in the execution of meetings, conference calls, and webinars with external constituents by coordinating logistics, developing agenda, developing content, taking notes, and following up on resulting action items
Qualifications
- College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years' experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized
- Proficiency with social media
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience managing email distribution lists
- System savvy-Proficient with MS Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $47,500 - $60,000, company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
