Coordinator, Clinical Analysis & Appeals

About the role

This position involves maintaining accurate information related to denials and appeals for third party payers and the Medical Assistance Late Pick-up process.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate information on denials and appeals for third party payers and the Medical Assistance Late Pick-up process.
• Ensures appropriate reimbursement to TUH and Episcopal.
• Creates reports in a timely and accurate manner for denials and appeals statistics for the Health System.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 1 year experience in medical records Required.
• General Experience: With data entry into Excel Required.
