About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator will support rental events and client experiences across the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center and other designated facilities. This role plays a key role in managing rental client relationships and coordinating the planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of facility rental events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility rental clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the planning, execution, and post-event experience.
- Lead end-to-end event coordination by managing schedules, attendance, equipment, staffing, technology, signage, and other event requirements while collaborating with clients and internal partners to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct client walkthroughs, develop event plans and operational checklists, communicate event requirements to internal teams, and support onsite event operations, including real-time issue resolution and client support.
- Manage rental administration, including calendars, event records, contracts, certificates of insurance, invoices, waivers, feedback, and other required documentation.
- Partner with Sales Associates and internal departments to ensure a seamless transition from booking through event delivery while identifying opportunities for repeat business and continued client engagement.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of rental operations, processes, and service standards through accurate reporting, documentation, and client feedback analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in client services, account management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong client service instincts with the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, exuding a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software; experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM is preferred.
- Availability to attend required events as an essential function of the position, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay
$66,500 - $68,500

Work Environment
The incumbent will work across office and facility environments and will be required to travel to various areas within the NYC Metro Area to attend community events, clinics, etc. This role requires commitment to work hours on evenings and weekends.
