Coordinator, Apprenticeship Partnerships Skilled Trades - Part Time

About the Role

This position performs an advanced level of administrative duties for the coordination of Continuing Education’s Apprenticeship Partnerships for Skilled Trades, focusing on scheduling, documentation, compliance, and collaboration with adjunct faculty. Travel to Dundalk and Catonsville campuses is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience coordinating or supporting projects/programs and related administrative duties.
• Experience coordinating or supporting training programs in a higher education setting preferred.
• Work experience with work-based learning programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Apprenticeship Partnerships for Skilled Trades for the College.
• Develop relationships with employers to understand local workforce needs and develop programming.
• Manage assigned Apprenticeship Partnerships processes with existing and potential training customers.
• Develop new courses and course series, including meeting accreditation and/or certification standards.
• Recruit, select, train, and work closely with adjunct faculty and instructors.
• Manage program resources efficiently and economically.
• Identify, access, and analyze program data in the college’s enterprise system.
• Provide superior customer service and solutions to problems for customers, students, and adjunct faculty.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with all relevant stakeholders.
• Represent and promote the college at professional and business events.
