We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Company Description, Job Description, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Desired Qualifications, Additional Requirements, Salary Range, Benefits. We must use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO paragraph, the accommodation request, the unsolicited assistance from search firms paragraph, etc. Also remove "Additional Information" about interview etc? That may be considered application instructions? It says "As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview..." That's part of selection process, maybe considered application instructions? Might be borderline but likely considered part of hiring process; we can remove as it's not substantive job duties. Also remove "VERSANT Media's policy is to provide equal employment opportunities..." etc. Remove all that. We need to keep Company Description (maybe as a section? Not listed in headings but we could treat as "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company description under About the role? Or maybe we can omit it? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use other headings if needed? Probably we should stick to those. But we have company description; maybe we can include it as a

before sections without a heading. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those examples. Safer to include company description as a

without heading, then sections for Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay (Salary Range). Also maybe "Schedule" (hybrid three days in office). Also "Requirements" could combine Qualifications and Additional Requirements? But we have Qualifications (Bachelors, 7 years audio, etc.) and Desired Qualifications (soft skills). Additional Requirements (must work varied shifts, NY, unrestricted work auth, hybrid). We could combine Qualifications and Desired Qualifications under a single "Qualifications" section, and Additional Requirements under "Requirements" maybe. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Requirements" separate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details: responsibilities list (many bullet points). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Minimum 7 years audio production experience preferably podcasting, Minimum 1 year video editing experience preferably for YouTube podcasting, Technical expertise in ProTools, Descript, Premiere, Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects under deadline, Follows current video and podcasting trends, Strong understanding of news & politics, Understanding of journalism ethics. Desired Qualifications: Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills, Fast learner, Self-motivated to continually grow their skillset, Adaptable to the needs of an evolving team, Able to take accountability, Enjoys solving problems, and does so pro-actively, Management experience, Highly organized, Works well within a large organization, Comfortable working on shared projects. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work varied shifts as news changes. Must work in New York, NY. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. This position has been designated as a hybrid, three days in the office a week. Benefits: This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Pay: Salary Range: $115,000 - $143,000. Schedule: hybrid three days in office a week (maybe also varied shifts). Could be under Schedule. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

Company Description ...

About the role

maybe include a brief paragraph summarizing role? The job description includes a paragraph about role. We could put that under About the role. Then

Responsibilities

with
  • ... each responsibility. Then

    Qualifications

    with
    • for required qualifications and maybe separate
for desired? Could combine but we need to preserve distinction. Could have two lists: Required Qualifications and Desired Qualifications. But headings only allowed for Qualifications; we could embed headings inside? Not allowed. Better to have one Qualifications section with subheadings? Not allowed. Could just list all qualifications (both required and desired) as bullet points, but we would lose distinction. However we can keep both by using separate

sections: "Required Qualifications" and "Desired Qualifications". Are those allowed? The examples include Qualifications, Skills. Could use "Required Qualifications" and "Desired Qualifications" as headings; they are still h3. Probably acceptable. Then

        Additional Requirements

maybe under Requirements? Could use "Requirements" heading for shift, location, work auth, hybrid. Then

        Benefits

        with
        • . Then

          Pay

          with

          Salary Range: $115,000 - $143,000.

          Then

          Schedule

          with

Hybrid: three days in the office per week; varied shifts as news changes.

          About the role

We are looking for a Coordinating Producer to join the Podcast Unit at MS NOW (formerly MSNBC). This role will serve as one of the key editorial leaders for the team. The Coordinating Producer is a unique player-coach position. You will be in the weeds of production; able to pitch and book guests, collaborate with hosts, script episodes, and be hands-in-tape to shape each episode. At the same time, you’ll be asked to weigh in on high-level show matters such as marketing needs or long-term projects. The right person for this role will also be excited to manage and mentor junior-level staff. The exact assignment may change over time as unit needs evolve. But at the outset, this person will take the reigns on two of our biggest shows: “The Best People with Nicolle Wallace” and “Main Justice with Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord.” “The Best People” launched in the summer of 2025 and quickly shot to the top of the Apple Podcast charts. On this show, Nicolle Wallace sits down with people she admires who are standing up for democracy and civility. And “Main Justice,” which was formerly known as “Prosecuting Donald Trump,” is a weekly deep-dive into the legal machinations of the Justice Department and the Trump Administration. To succeed in this role, you should be equally excited to dive into court documents as you are to book big-name guests such as Kara Swisher or Robert De Niro. The Coordinating Producer is expected to be a utility player, pivoting to tasks across the unit as needed. The right person for this position will have a mastery of audio and video editing, and have an interest in news, law, and politics. Adherence to journalistic best practices is
