About the role
The Grand Charolais is seeking a Deputy Coordinator for the Prevention and Fight Against Intrafamilial Violence Service starting September 1st, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of prevention and intervention strategies
- Facilitate community outreach and awareness campaigns
- Conduct assessments and provide support to families affected by violence
- Maintain records and reports on violence cases
- Collaborate with other services and agencies to address intergenerational violence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in violence prevention and intervention
- Experience working with diverse communities and populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and national policies related to violence prevention
- Proficiency in computer software, including databases and project management tools
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
