- Answers telephones and relays messages

- Sorts, files, retrieves, and maintains records and documents
- Directs patients, visitors, and guests to their destinations
- Assists patients with day-to-day tasks under the direction of a nurse
- Participates in performance improvement activities
- Performs other related duties as required and directed
