About the role

The Operations Co-Op/Intern will join the Seal Division in Kalamazoo, Michigan, providing hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects. The intern will work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to gain practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, and industry-leading sealing technologies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program
• Strong academic performance
• Interest in manufacturing and engineering
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student
• Majoring in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Interest in manufacturing and engineering
