About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us in the position of Cooler Stocking Team Member. This role offers medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, flexible schedules, weekly pay starting at $16/hr., and a $250 referral bonus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the cooler stocked up to company standards.
• Break down cardboard and bring it to the dumpster area.
• Stack empty crates neatly.
• Maintain the inside and outside of the cooler to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Keep pricing up-to-date and assist during promotional ad changes.
• Front-facing product towards customers.

Requirements

• Experience in a cooler or freezer stocking role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in cold environments.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described above.
• Ability to work with the equipment, tools, and materials listed above.
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive to work on time.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• Starting Pay: $16/hr.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands up to all day.
• Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors, but will be required to work outside to clean parking lots, gas pumps, take out garbage, etc.
• Frequent exposure to cold temperatures while performing work in a cooler environment.
• Exposure to occasional noise.

Hiring Range

• $16.37 to $16.87
