Job Summary
About the role
DFA/Kemps Dairy is seeking warehouse operators to perform tasks such as picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing, loading, unloading, and staging materials.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment.
- Perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders.
- Palletize products and load/unload materials for outgoing delivery.
- Work any station or line that is assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks.
- Stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary.
- Work in a wet environment and maintain temperatures between 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Pay
$26.90 per hour
Schedule
Mon - Sat 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM, every Saturday off with another rotating day off during the week.
