Cookie Crew
About the role
Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room by then-student, Seth Berkowitz. Fast forward 20 years and so... many....cookies... later, our innovative bakery + delivery concept has become a cult brand known for its rabid following of cookie lovers who crave Insomnia’s warm, delicious delivery all day and late into the night. With an expanding footprint of over 350 stores globally, an experiential, “sweet-easy” flagship concept, and large scale operations and delivery capabilities ... Insomnia Cookies is revolutionizing the cookie game by truly "Imagining What’s Possible"! At Insomnia Cookies, warm cookies are just the beginning. As a Cookie Crew Member, you're part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. Whether you're welcoming guests into the bakery, pulling a fresh tray of cookies from the oven, or packing the perfect delivery order, you'll help create the experience that keeps our fans coming back night after night. Our bakeries move fast, especially after the rest of the world has called it a night. Every shift is a team effort, and every warm cookie, friendly interaction, and perfectly packed order matters. If you enjoy working with great people, thrive in an energetic environment, and love making someone's day just a little sweeter, you'll fit right in.
