Responsibilities

• Earn up to $19.85 per hour to start, starting wages up to $19.00 per hour based on experience!
• Plus Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!) and yearly wage increases.

• Work flexible hours including rotating weekends and holidays, no late nights.
• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Cook and prepare food according to established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and policies and procedures.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times, ensuring excellence in quality, temperature, and appearance.
• Auxiliary tasks such as tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certified.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food procedures.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare setting.
