Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children from infancy to school-age
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food processing and safety with the ability to operate standard and commercial kitchen equipment
• Maintain the highest standard of food and kitchen hygiene to keep the center’s kitchen clean and safe

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated experience in food service, preferred in a child care setting
• Must pass all state-required background checks
