Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency and quality in every dish served.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of preparing pitas, shawarma, and other Mediterranean foods.
• Consistent and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work mornings on a consistent schedule Monday through Friday.
