COOK SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Job Summary
Directs food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Trains employees
- Plans, assigns, and directs work
- Applies performance evaluations
- Rewards and disciplines associates
- Addresses complaints and resolves issues
- Advises management on purchasing requirements
- Ensures compliance with food recipes and production standards
- Operates and cleans equipment safely
- Maintains food storage and rotation
- Follows HACCP guidelines
- Serves meals and receives customer feedback
- Performs other duties as assigned

Fixed Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.

Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company’s behalf may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff. However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
