Responsibilities
- Preparing and overseeing food production in line with established menus and policies
- Cooking and supporting team members
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and menu documentation
- Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth meal service
- Supporting team members and standardizing kitchen processes
- Assisting in meal service and ensuring timely delivery
- Leading daily kitchen operations with accountability and professionalism
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service, with leadership or supervisory skills preferred
