Cook Supervisor

About the role

We are looking to bring an experienced cook supervisor to our correctional team. As a cook supervisor, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Instruction and supervision of food service workers
• Supervision of food preparation and portion control
• Observation of food being served to ensure quality and portion standards are met
• Assist in maintaining security of kitchen, food inventories, and equipment
• Assist in the training of new employees
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen and food service areas
