About the role

Setting up and closing down work station
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Stocks and maintains sufficient food products at line station to assure a smooth service period
Responsible for keeping kitchen area clean, neat, and orderly
Responsible for following Health Department standards and requirements
Attends staff meetings
Fulfills daily and weekly duties
Maintains professionalism when not assisting customers
