About the role

Join the Marcus Theatres Culinary Team as a Cook. You’ll work in a professional, state‑of‑the‑art kitchen, delivering high‑quality food and exceptional guest service while being part of a supportive, fun family environment.

Responsibilities

• Know and operate kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations, including advance prep.
• Read tickets and produce orders accurately.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.
• Maintain high quality levels of food production and presentation.
• Uphold sanitation standards and keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Follow directions from management and food & beverage leadership.
• Assist in controlling food waste.
