Responsibilities
- Affirms all dietary procedures.
- Maintains safety and effectiveness in operating all kitchen equipment.
- Supports the establishment of food production lines to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Projects the community positively through interactions with potential residents and families.
- Cooking and serving nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary Arts training preferred.
- Two years of dietary experience.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Leadership ability and willingness to work with and supervise staff.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Primarily a standing position, may require prolonged standing.
