The Opportunity

Hendrick Medical Center in Chillicothe is seeking a food service worker to provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. This role involves ensuring patients receive the nutrition they need for healing, aligning with the hospital's commitment to providing the best care.

Responsibilities

• Handling, preparing, and serving food according to written menus and sanitation regulations.
• Preparing cafeteria food and delivering it to customers.
• Maintaining sanitation of work areas, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling, and safe food handling practices.
• Assisting in cashier and dishwasher responsibilities as necessary.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to work and flexibility.
• Ability to work without guidance and eagerness to learn.
• Not afraid to ask questions and be on your feet all day.
