Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh and of high quality when served to guests.
• Manage portion control and serving temperatures of all products served in the concession stand.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas.
• Ensure concession stand meets cleanliness standards before ending the shift.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

• Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests.
• Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
