Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
- Ensure food is fresh and of high quality when served to guests.
- Manage portion control and serving temperatures of all products served in the concession stand.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas.
- Ensure concession stand meets cleanliness standards before ending the shift.
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests.
- Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
