Cook (Part-Time) Gadsden

Serve as a cook and performing general food preparation and cooking duties, and food service sanitation duties.

• Performs cooking and food preparation duties including therapeutic diets.
• Serves meals to clients.
• Determines portions to be cooked (production).
• Maintains the work area,
• washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, counter tops and other equipment used in meal preparation.
• Completes appropriate labeling of trays and paying close attention to diet needs.
