Cook - Part Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Cook with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavor, and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. Your role will focus on making every meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds while maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and flavorful meals for guests.
• Take ownership of your workstation, including managing supplies, equipment, and waste.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to meet or exceed local laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the team.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol (minimum age requirements and fluency in the local language).
• Strong communication skills—warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $21.30 to $25.00.
