About the role

The Cook creates memorable food experiences that exceed guest expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. As a key member of our culinary team, they prepare fresh, flavorful dishes that bring people together. They will be an avid MadTree ambassador who lives the behaviors Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The work environment is usually that of a restaurant kitchen. The work environment includes exposure to heat and steam. The employee frequently works on wet floors and with hot surfaces. The position requires extended periods of standing and walking.
