About the role

The Cooks @ La Posada plays an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for residents, guests, and associates. This position prepares high-quality, flavorful meals served across multiple dining venues while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepares high-quality, flavorful meals for multiple dining venues; ensures food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness are maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
• POS user experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Current Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Current ServSafe Manager’s Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days
