An exciting new chapter is unfolding at The King & Prince Resort and Club. As our iconic oceanfront resort undergoes a remarkable renovation and transformation, we're preparing to introduce exciting new food and beverage concepts that will elevate the dining experience for our guests. We're looking for passionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Cooks of all experience levels to join our growing culinary team and help bring this vision to life. Whether you're building your culinary career or bringing years of kitchen experience, we have opportunities for you. We are hiring across three skill levels, with compensation based on experience and demonstrated culinary abilities within our advertised pay range.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following resort recipes, presentation standards, and portion guidelines.
• Support culinary operations across our restaurants, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work alongside our culinary leadership team to deliver consistent, exceptional dining experiences.
• Properly handle, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
• Collaborate with fellow culinary and service team members to ensure smooth, successful service.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort is preferred, but we welcome candidates at varying skill levels.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safe food handling practices.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in the quality of your work.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for teamwork and hospitality.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely in a professional kitchen environment.
