Cook - Morning & Lunch Shift

About the Role

As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you will set the pace of the restaurant by ensuring all food meets high standards. The kitchen environment is fast‑paced and fun, with music playing while you prepare high‑quality chicken finger meals. Entry‑level candidates receive paid training, and there are clear pathways to advanced roles such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chicken finger meals and other menu items according to company standards.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb; kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend/descend stairs, and reach above head or below waistline as needed.
• Clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Multitask in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Take initiative and comply with company policies.

Pay

Starting pay is $11.00 per hour. Within the first year, you can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Schedule

We are hiring for all shifts—including opening, closing, and everything in between. Flexible scheduling is available.
