- Review menus prior to preparation of food
- Inspect special diet trays to assure they are correct
- Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods
- General cleaning up of kitchen
- Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies
- Cook Hours: Hours Are 6am-2pm 11am-6:45pm Every Other Weekend Required
- Cook every other weekend as required
- Cook under supervision of management
- Cook in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Cook in accordance with customer needs and preferences
