Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and supporting management in delivering exceptional food, service, and ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.
- Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations.
- Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot environment.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
