Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and driving the success of our restaurants through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with hands-on experience.

Qualifications
- Some high school education preferred.
- Experience in operations and food safety is beneficial.
- Food handler certification required (applicant must acquire this at their own expense).
- Must meet ADA requirements for physical demands, including lifting, standing, and reaching.
