Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Execute basic food prep and simple cooking tasks (e.g., salads, sides, basic breakfast) to assist higher-ranked cooks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Master kitchen equipment and recipes to manage product and operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Requirements

• Complete open availability; schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated.
• Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.
• Must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
• This position is part of the Local Union.
