Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal). _ JOB DETAILS Responsibilities:Prepare and service all food items, to include hot and cold, for all meal periods in the outlets, banquets and/or catering menus according to property recipes and standards.Ensure production of food in a timely manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following safety guidelines.Ensure food meets the quality, taste, and appearance standards of DMC.Check and complete mise en place and pars to set-up the station.Maintain a working knowledge of properly storing, rotating and maintaining products.Maintain comprehensive preparation and knife skills.Ensure outlined prep is completed in a timely manner for the next shift.Other duties as assigned by management.Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Required to stand for long periods of time.Required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds – Frequently Required to push and/or pull 90+ pounds and lift up to 90 pounds with assistance – Occasionally Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. _ OUR COMPANY Desert Mountain Club Is One Of The Nations Premier Private Clubs, Located In The Scenic Foothills Of North Scottsdale, Arizona.
