Essential Job Functions

• Utilizes basic ingredients to perform basic cooking techniques according to established recipes; sautés, grills, fries, roasts, and/or prepares basic dough to create pastries, cakes, and baked goods.
• Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking.
• Observes and tests foods being cooked to determine that it is cooked.
• Carves meats, portions food on serving plates, adds sauces and garnishes to complete food orders.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
